Matria: Pregnancy Tracker is a local-first pregnancy, postpartum, and TTC companion. It helps with daily check-ins, symptoms, kick counts, contractions, medications, appointments, hydration, pelvic floor timers, milestones, Learn articles, and clinician-ready summaries.

Matria is educational only. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor emergencies, or replace your clinician.

What Matria includes

• Home: pregnancy or postpartum dashboard, dating status, baby growth, weekly guidance, appointments, and quick actions.
• Log: daily mood, symptoms, sleep, water, energy, movement, and postpartum recovery check-ins with red-flag guidance.
• Tools: core trackers for kicks, contractions, medications, appointments, BP/weight, symptoms, hospital bag, birth plan, doctor questions, bump photos, journal, baby names, calm music, hydration, Kegel timer, milestones, and clinician export entry points.
• Learn: evidence-tagged pregnancy and postpartum articles plus partner support cards.
• Profile: phase, due date, OB-Lock, privacy consent, subscription, export, legal links, language, theme, and data controls.

Free, ads, and Pro

Matria keeps core care tools available on the Free plan.

• Free: core check-ins, red-flag guidance, clinician text/JSON summary, and Tools access. Free users may see ads on non-sensitive surfaces or before some tool actions.
• Learn unlock: Free users can watch 3 rewarded ads to unlock all Learn articles for 1 hour.
• Pro: removes ads and unlocks Pro-only features such as Matria AI Assistant and premium export capabilities.
• Remove Ads: a one-time purchase removes ads without changing the subscription tier.

Ads should not appear on onboarding, consent screens, red-flag alerts, daily check-in questions, clinician summary generation, or medical safety prompts.

Privacy and data

Matria is local-first. Your sensitive logs are stored on your device by default. Analytics, partner sharing, and clinician sharing are controlled from Profile and are opt-in.

You can export or delete local app data from Profile. If you delete the app, clear device data, or reset your phone, local records may be removed unless you have separately backed them up.

Troubleshooting

The app crashes or will not open

1. Update to the latest App Store or TestFlight build.
2. Fully close and reopen Matria.
3. Restart the device.
4. If it still happens, email aetherlabapps@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, and what screen you were opening.

Subscription is not reflected

1. Open Profile or Subscription.
2. Tap Restore Purchases.
3. Close and reopen the app.
4. Contact support if the App Store shows an active purchase but Matria still shows Free.

Ads appear somewhere unexpected

Please contact support with the screen name and a screenshot if possible. Ads should stay on approved non-sensitive surfaces only.

Medical concern or emergency

Contact your healthcare provider, local emergency services, or the nearest emergency department. Matria cannot provide emergency services or medical advice.
