1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Retouchly (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Retouchly provides local and AI-powered photo editing tools. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Content and Saved Photos

You retain ownership of photos or other content you upload, generate, edit, or save through Retouchly.

You grant Retouchly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, display, store, and make that content available to you only as needed to provide the App’s features. Retouchly does not sell your photos or use them for advertising targeting.

4. AI Photo Editing

AI-generated or AI-edited results may be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing the final result before using, sharing, or publishing it.

5. Accounts and Access

Some features may use an account or app-based identifier to save edits, manage credits, restore purchases, and provide access to your content. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Retouchly may offer subscriptions, consumable credits, or paid features through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its applicable terms and policies.

7. Advertising and Tracking

Free users may see third-party advertisements. Where required, Retouchly requests advertising or tracking consent only for eligible free users. Users with active Pro or ad-free access do not see ads. Edited photos are not used for advertising targeting.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

9. Third-Party Services

Retouchly may use third-party services for AI processing, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, crash reporting, and app performance. Their terms and policies may also apply.

10. Intellectual Property

Retouchly’s software, design, features, branding, and related materials are owned by Retouchly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. Disclaimer

Retouchly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retouchly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become available means you accept the revised Terms.
